Seller sold phone with 1 year warranty, not honouring

Hi, I purchased a Samsung phone in October 2024. However through no fault of my own I've started getting a "camera failed" error.

My phone was sold with as having 1 year warranty through the seller. I had contacted earlier in the year for a different fault and they did respond. However now they are ignoring all my messages.

What options do I have as the seller is not honouring the advertised 1 year warranty?

Sorry but there's nothing you can do via ebay.   They only allow 30 days for claims and don't get involved with warranties.    It's too late also to do anything via your payment provider but you could contact them to make sure.

Another option to consider is money claim online (previously small claims court):
https://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk/web/mcol/welcome

You could tell the seller that's what you intend doing.   It might prompt them to do the right thing.
