No collection code given when item collected

I sold a item and the buyer came to collect when I was at work so my daughter gave him the item and asked for the collection code, the buyer said he didn’t have it to hand and would send it on, despite all the messages he is not responding, does anyone know how to actually speak with someone from eBay to explain as there is absolutely no guidance on this on the site.

Speaking to Ebay will not help.

If the buyer is not responding to requests for the code, you will have to wait for your payment.
