Forced to use eBay simple delivery

Hello,

I am looking for some help. I am trying to list an office chair for sale, and i can ship it, but eBay forcing me to use Evri and Royal Mail but the boxes are too large so i how can i use DPD like before?

You're suppposed to be able to opt out of SD for large items so you can choose your own postage.    It isn't working at the moment but see rick's solution on here:
