I made a payment on eBay with Klarna and the payment from my bank was made but it didn't appear in the Klarna app and it doesn't appear here in the eBay app in my purchase history either. I also contacted eBay and they told me that the purchase was unsuccessful and that I need to contact my bank to get my payment back.The bank tells me I need to talk to eBay.🥲

Sounds complicated and you might see it clearer if you avoided using the app.

Presumably your payment has gone to the seller, if so suggest contacting the seller to see what has happened.
