entering posting options in advert

I normally post my items through Parcelforce but it wont give me the option. When I click on Royal Mail it will only give me small or medium packages. I need large. Please help.

You're suppposed to be able to opt out of Simple Delivery for large items so you can choose your own postage but it isn't working at the moment.    See the solution on here:
