Unless it has already been sorted, a search for that ID reveals nothing. How did you find this account?

Have you unintentionally opened another account ? --- Reported to happen when using Phones /Apps to Login resulting in opening a 'cloned' account with lost history/missing/corrupted details.

Using a PC/Laptop, try to recover the Original account/history with a fresh login >  www.ebay.co.uk  <  Homepage login  and previous/usual email/Username/s/Password/s etc. --- any new account can remain unused or closed.
