Sold item not showing in my account

I sold some dishes which were heavier than the label priced. I purchased a new label, changed the tracking number but this order isn’t showing up in my pending payment .

 

is there anything I can do ? And can I claim the money back for the label which wasn’t used ?

If it's not showing as dispatched you have to generate the original prepaid label.    

 

That should fix that and afterwards if you paid for the original label you can cancel it here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/claims/simple-delivery/refund/seller

 

Or if the buyer paid for it it will be refunded to them automatically in 30 days.

 

In any case the payment should be released in 14 days.
