Yep , it's recently been made available home collection from home, and the extra bonus no 35 p fee to pay for this.
eBay's Simple Delivery now allows for home collections when generating prepaid labels, with no extra fee, and provides a QR code or printable label.
To book a collection, go to My eBay, select the order, choose a date, and book the collection. If you miss the collection, you can rebook it on the Royal Mail website.
I never use the app or mobile browse, so not sure if those option are available there, should be, but definitely available on a laptop/PC.
