Where do I make a complaint about a coupon offer being misleading?

I want to make a complaint that the coupon for £5 off if the "total" value is above £50 is lies. I went to make a purchase today for an item I wanted and ended up canceling the order, as apparently it's not the total amount (as it says in the APP!) but probably the individual item amount. (I'm saying probably as I wasn't messing around with the cart to see what was wrong to try and figure it out)

I have attached an image of what the app says.

I had two items, one for about £46 and one for about £6. The total was £52 (or around that) and I kept geting that error.

You'll see this is false and deceptive advertising.

What does it say in the actual terms and conditions for the voucher?

To complain, you would need to contact eBay customer support, click on "Help & contact" or "Contact us" at the top or bottom of most pages.

First, read the terms and conditiond for the voucher carefully. In particuar, how is the "total value" defined - for example, does it exclude the buyer protection fee, if applicable? Also check the exact time limit of the offer.

Buyers who ask questions here about vouchers often find that they have overlooked somethng in the t&c.
