your payment could not be completed

hi ebay seller and also buy on here as well.

have a transaction where i made offer and seller accepted all good until this point. then tried paying.

every time i try to pay i get  your transaction could not be completed, this is across 2 different cards.

eBay does not even try and contact bank as i have too approve transactions in app.

at one point yesterday i had bank customer support and eBay customer support on phone and tried to pay with no success, eBay could see transaction attempt but bank not.

as a last resort i even used PayPal and exactly the same thing happened. there is enough funds in accounts to cover the purchase i am stumped as to Whats happening

I'm presuming you do not have any unpaid item strikes on your account?

Contact the seller inform them of the issue in paying and ask them to put you on their buyer exemption list they hopefully will help.

no strikes on account for unpaid items.   i will ask seller to add to list..
