Buyer getting message saying I don't ship to Hong Kong

I've signed up to the global shipping programme which includes Hong Kong in the list of applicable countries, however a buyer is getting the message "the seller does not ship to Hong Kong"

How do I resolve this?

Try putting their ID on your exemption list to lift any blocks:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/bmgt/ExemptBuyers

Or you could add direct international postage to world zone 2 to your listing.    Click on Revise Item, top left of listing, then click on "See options" on the righthand side of the postage section  and select "International postage".   Add postage cost and submit.

Hi,

Unfortunately that didnt work. I can't edit the listing as I already accepted their offer. It's at the awaiting payment stage.

You will probably have to cancel and relist with direct postage for the buyer to buy again.   Or just cancel due to non-payment after 4 complete days and leave it at that.

It doesn't give me the option to add my own shipping rates.

This doesn't make any sense since give had other sales for international buyers that have gone through without a problem
