eBay's courier does not handle my type of item. Help!

I have sold 4 x car tyres. eBay chose Parcelforce as the courier. Turns out Parcelforce will not handle car tyres.

I am stuck. I have tried the online "assistant" and it keeps talking about returns. This has nothing to do with returns.  I tried asking for a call back to speak to a human but the assistant just says there are no open cases and refuses to connect me.

Any ideas?

Your best bet is to cancel/refund with buyer's agreement via the dropdown menu for the item on your sold list.    Then relist but this time opt out of Simple Delivery so you can select your own postage.   The buyer can then buy again.

You're supposed to be able to opt out for large items but it's not working so see the solution on here:
