Can’t get any response from seller and can’t find a number to contact eBay ???

I bought some oat milk from a seller which is dated  best before Aug 25 - have contacted seller  - three times to ask what date the milk is dated until and no response at all - tried to get help from eBay and no-one seems to be Available- sent here ! 
question do I just ask for a refund but they can’t be bothered to reply - do I just not collect the parcel and Will I get a refund ? 
any other suggestions? 
feedback suggests other buyers haven’t had any response to questions. 😔

Was this a click & collect order? If so you only have 7 days to collect and if you refuse you will not be covered by the moneyback guarantee.

If I have the correct listing the date is shown as bb aug25,so there is no reason to return unless you just don't want it in which case you need to collect then arrange for the return.

You bought it knowing the BB date was August and the use by date will be after that so I'm not sure what the issue is.   If when you get it it's not as described open a return on ebay to send it back.

Thanks - yes - I was simply wanting to know what date the best before date is as Califa Farm give a specific date. I bought 12 cartons of this milk so wanted to know the BBDate.

Would be polite to answer buyers !

As a good business would never send out of date goods so may think question is pointless, particularly as if out of date, seller would have to pay for return postage, and refund in full.

Ebay does put the money back guarantee on every listing, they just hope some buyers bother to read it.
