How to claim for a lost item when the label has been here rated by eBay

I generated an Evri label on e bay for an item I have sold . The item was lost and I have paid full compensation to the recipient. I am now trying to claim this back from Evri but they say I must do this with eBay as eBay generated the label . How do I do this please ? Thanks

Assuming Simple Delivery was used the procedure is the buyer opens a "not received" case stating item lost in transit.    eBay then refund the buyer themselves and the seller keeps the original payment.

Not sure if ebay will do anything now that you've refunded the buyer yourself but it's worth asking.   You can request a callback on here:
