Royal Mail courier collection

I have sold an item with Simple Postage.  I clicked on the link asking for Royal Mail courier collection.  The item was not picked up.  When I went back to the website there was no indication that I had ever requested courier collection so I tried again.  The same problem

I don't know why it didn't work.  You could ask ebay to check it for you.  You can contact them by requesting a callback on here:
