Simple Delivery is a nightmare as EBAY allocate their idea of what postage should be which can be removed from reality. EBAY Decides what limited items can be sent Custom Postage below 100gm and again
they exclude many more that easily meet this criteria. Latest , today I notice 2 to 5kg option has changed to 2 to 10kg with an atrocious incremental postage cost . Confusingly options have become available that would not have been allowed as they were not approved Simple Delivery agents
