Evri refusing to deliver parcel

Hi, Evri were meant to deliver 3 parcels to my address 2 of which are from ebay, their customer service just went "they've been delivered, bye" and this "delivery" was allegedly at 23:18pm but now I'm out of pocket with no item's any help?

If tracking shows as delivered, then I doubt you will get anywhere with ebay. Suggest you speak to your payment provider.

Ebay keep saying "wait one more day and it might get delivered!" but Evri cancelled delivery 5 times over 4 days and now the items are just gone.

No that's the problem they both show "delivered" but one shows a picture of a blurry red blob and the other shows the parcel in the foot well of a care nothing more.
