Hi Everyone.
I had a job lot of Scalextric to sell that is in 2 boxes. eBay's 'Simple' postage didn't allow me to put in a custom courier price so to get the listing up I put it as collection only. I'm happy to post at cost but is there a way that I can now add this and amend the invoice?
The postage limitations when listing were truly awful so perhaps I missed some special advanced fields somewhere.
Cheers, Steve

No, you can't amend the current transaction. You're supposed to be able to opt out of SD for large items so you can choose your own postage but it isn't working at the moment. There is a workaround so I would cancel this transaction with buyer's agreement and relist using the solution on here:

Thank you very much for that help. I obviously went down the forum rabbit hole regarding Simple Postage and how poor it is. Of course all this happens after the fact and once you've had your fingers burned.
My buyer is great and nice so I'm sure we'll work something out, but eBay restricting sellers in this way with postage options (or lack of them) simply means you can't use the platform to sell.

Oh, and even for eBay and its margins my listing was potentially handicapped by being forced down the collection only listing route so they're shooting both their own and the sellers feet.
