On every listing there is a link to the money back guarantee, you have not received what you bought so why don’t you use the guarantee.

It depends to some extent on WHY it was returned to the seller.

If you refused delivery, use the wrong address at checkout, or didn't collect in a timely fashion from the courier or Click and Collect shop, then Ebay consider the item delivered and won't make the seller refund you.

If the item has been returned to the seller, it may take a while for them to get it back.  I would be reluctant to refund until I had the item safely back and of course the seller has had to pay for the outward postage.

You may be able to make a claim through your payment provider but you would get better advice if you explained what has happened here.

Hello!
The seller sent my item, but the courier company returned it back to the seller. In this case, the courier company is to blame.
After many conversations, the seller convinced me that he would resend the parcel to me, and the taxes would be at my expense. Then I wrote that I want my money back, since he did not send me the parcel.
To this day, nothing has been sent to me nor has he refund me.

I do feel that this is still not the whole story.

WHY did the courier company return it to the seller?

If you had import taxes to pay and refused to pay them, the courier would have no choice but to return the parcel to the seller.

There may be blame on both side here but, as you are unwilling to explain what happened, I don't think I can offer further advice.
