Buying items that don't have a picture or detailed description.

If a seller hasn't posted a picture or given a description on the working condition of something and you buy it and it turns out not to be working or not what you thought it was can you still qualify for a refund?

Open case for not described, seller provides returns label you post back for full refund.

Escalate on day 4 if no label or refund.

Ignore seller excuses.

It might depend on what you bought and how it was categorised.

For example, if an item is listed as 'used' it should be in working condition.

Something listed as 'for parts/parts only/not working' you would not expect to work.

Honestly though, why on earth would you buy something online that has no pictures and no description?

If you have not paid for the item in question, walk away and don't buy it.
