I’ve bought an item and received it. Paid by PayPal. I can see the money has left my bank account to PayPal The vendor wants me to mark it received but I can’t see how to do that. He tells me there is a tab but I can’t see it. He’s getting annoyed at me as he hasn’t received payment me and says I need to sort it out but how?
He's wrong, there's nothing you can do and it's not your problem. If he's a private seller (not a business) he may have not used the new postage system. Tell him to check the tracking number for the item. But even without that he will get the money, he'll just have to wait 14 days to receive it. You don't have to reply to him again if you prefer not to.
