Is this a scam?

Hi 

I am trying to purchase some articles.

I get the message that I have to verify my age to but this item. It doesn't state the item, so I am suspicious.

It wants to know my details, but does not accept a debit card.

This has never happened before, so I would like confermation that it is genuine

If you are  buying knives or vape, you need to verify your are 18+.

No knives, unless you count a butterknife,

I'm 87, so I hadn't thought of that as dangerous

Ill delete it and see if that  makes a difference

Even a butter knife needs age proof, 

Stupid ebay rule.

If you add credit card, that is enough.
