Wrong misleading Description and no return accepted by seller

Bought a Motorcycle Top box and Pinners from a UK seller .

it says " I do have some pannier racks but are unlikely to fit as for obscure bikes. Will include all the nuts and bolts though so you should have everything to secure to your own rack.

Any questions please ask. "

BUt when the item arrived it was not fitting to my motorcycle Pan America 1250S original Mounts .

Asked for return but it was closed by seller without giving any reason.

This all depeends what the seller had on their listing and which reason you made for the return.

If they had a No Returns policy,  and you opened a case for ' Does Not Fit',  the seller can close this and offer no refund.  If the item was misdescribed, a case for Item Does not Match Description or Photos would have affected a refund.

Cases would close also,  if the claim is put in after 30 days from purchase.

Unfortunately,  another case for this item cannot be opened with eBay.
