Hello helpful people.
I'm in need your advise again.
I've been doing some research on a return request someone has opened for a CD they bought off me and would like to make sure the terms haven't changed in the last 5 months (which is where I'm getting the info from).
They've opened the return and stated 'I just don't like it'.
Also it was delivered or accepted on the 11th of June and they opened the return request on the 18th of July.
Am I right in thinking I can just decline this as I don't accept returns? (as the reason is not it's not damaged or not delivered).
To add to that it's been over 30 days, as far as I understand it's too late to do a return.
What's they best way forward dealing with this? I don't want to accept the return just because they 'don't like the music.'
So do I apologise to them and say I'm sorry you don't like it, however I don't accept returns for this reason and decline the return?
Thanks

If there is an option in the case to refuse the return, then you can.
From the dates and the info you have provided this would seem to be an option.
