and all parcels have been delivered aswell but my payments are still on hold.

Tracking has to show actual delivery not just being posted, and then payouts are released 2 days after that delivery date.
Otherwise, your payouts can be held for a minimum of 14 days, longer if you are a new or returning seller.
From the 6th August, if your account is in good standing, that is no cases in 12 months, and sales of over £150 in 5 years, payouts will be released 24 hours after the buyer pays.

Ebay may have general concerns about your account.
You only have one recent sale - which you got neutral feedback for. I don't really understand the 'Labubu' craze, but buyers may think that is what you are selling even though you spell it labubuu - Ebay don't allow the sale of fakes or replicas.
Also, you have multiples of brand new items for sale and which suggests you are trading and should have a business account.
Supply the tracking they have asked for but be prepared for further questions - they may, for example, ask next to see invoices from your suppliers for the toys and the fans you are selling.

Looks like you are a returning seller after having a long break from selling.
You may then be subject to initial longer holds on the first few payouts, can be 21 days or 30 days, as sudden selling activity can show an account being hacked. They need to see that it's the genuine owner returning to sell.
Always worth trying Customer Services providing them with tracking numbers showing delivery and confirming that you are the genuine account holder , and for your payment to be released.
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Ebay are suspicious that you are selling multiples of new items as a private seller,
they may think items are fake.
It is also illegal to trade as unregistered business seller.
Upgrade account & ebay may allow you to continue.
