Hi, lately I find that I cannot place a bid offer when "Make An Offer" on an item is advertised....all I get is after submitting an offer to the seller is "Page Not Found", my account has no restrictions according to eBay plus I enjoy 100% feedback on items I've purchased/sold. Scratching my head as all eBay seems to come up with is to clear cookies and caches which I've done.......can anyone help? thanks
