Refund Requested

I sold an item of Korean skincare to a customer, she asked if the item was authentic so I scanned the barcode and sent her a photo saying this was the result when I scanned it, it seemed absolutely right and I had no reason to think it was fraudulent, a week after receipt she has advised that she thinks the product is fraudulent, she says the listing showed country of manufacture as S Korea, (I’ve checked and it didn’t ), I’ve asked if she has used the product- no response yet. The item was absolutely s9ld in good faith but I am aware there area lot of fakes with Korean Beauty products. Does anyone have any idea which way this will go?

If she opens a "not as described" return it's best to accept it.   Wait to get the item back and then issue the refund.   If you don't and she has to escalate it to ebay they may enforce the refund without return.

You are hitting a problem numerous private sellers are now getting.

Looking at your listings a question can be raised as to how a private seller could have so many brand new genuine items and at times stocks.
