Changing from Postage to collection after sale

Hi all, 

I have recently sold some items and the buyer paid for postage and then decided to collect the item.

how can I switch this or do I just have to wait for the fund to become available?

You will need the buyer to give you a collection code to prove they have the items so you should cancel/refund with buyer's agreement (via the dropdown menu for the item on your sold list) , and relist as collection for them to buy and pay again.   Remind them to bring the code when they come.

The point being, that you will have no proof of delivery which is why relisting has been suggested.

While it is unlikely buyer could get a full refund after collecting.
