Evri Label

I accidentally downloaded the Evri QR label but didn’t use it. I noticed the email said it cost £2.94. Will I be able to get a refund? Thank you

I'm presuming you used Simple Delivery here?

If you had seller pays for postage on the listing, and did not use the label,  then you can cancel it for a refund and need to do this within 14 days.

If the buyer paid for it it will be refunded automatically in 30 days.
