I am getting conflicting advice as to whetherw I can use my Post Office Drop & Go account with Simple Delivery. I deposit funds into my account, label them and drop them into the post office with the completed mandate stating service required etc, without the need to queue. The post office processes them in my absence, and sends me tracking online. It’s a brilliant service and saves me a lot of time queuing at our busy post office. In line advice from the post office states that if I link my drop & Go account with my eBay account, I can still use it and drop my parcels off without queuing. It advises to talk to your postmaster/mistress for further information. I did so, and got a wide eyed look of wonder. Has anyone else had this issue? EBay have told me it won’t work with simple delivery
