Item refunded due to being ineligible for customs importation you WILL NOT RECIEVE YOUR ITEM BACK

Now my item is magically listed for sale on ebay at this current moment, I followed all the steps to send it overseas to Australia, I jumped through all the hoops to make damn sure this wouldn't get rejected and it has with no actual explanation, no explanation as to why i wont get it back and now its magically for sale on ebay again?? I am *bleep* off beyond belief and I CANT EVEN GET THROUGH TO STAFF BECAUSE IT WAS OLDER THEN 90 DAYS AGO. 

Please help, I want my engine back!! As this is a ridiculous way of doing business, i sent it and didnt get it back magically got ebay refund, I dont want a refund, I WANT THE ENGINE BACK!!!!!!!!!!

if you were refunded by eBay the item is no longer yours so won't be returned to you.

If you ever watch Australian Customs on TV, if they say it is not allowed to be imported, then it is destroyed.

Ranting on here and at ebay will not get it back.

It's that can't be sent are re-sold at auction, and a lot of them do end up on eBay.

I'm failing to see your issue here though - you've kept the payment for that item.

But you didn't want the engine because you sold it; you still have the sales proceeds so what is the issue?

Never gave me the option to receive my item back, gave no reason as to why it couldn't be returned. Item was clearly plastered with return address and it never even left the UK.

Maybe some people would like the item back and refund the sale in full, not everyone sells things because they want to get rid of it. What a bizarre mindset
