Hi there, hope you can help.

I sold a couple of garden planters which together weighed 8kg and size was 48cm x 70cm. I bough an oversize label for yodel but the local drop off refused to take it as it was too large! Now I don't know what to do as it needs to be sent. Please could you help.

You have to use Yodel's Door-to-Door service for larger parcels which allows for packages up to 120x50x50cm and can be booked on their website.

Maximum size for stores is 60x50x50cm

Thank you for your quick response and advice. I managed to find a (fairly) local depot who took the parcel but in future I will definitely use door to door collection.
