Problems

me and my customer agreed on re listing the item and he would purchase it again but the app shows the item is on the shipping process but I did ship it out yet . 

I can't cancel the order . what should I do

Problems

Why are you relisting it?  As soon as you generate the postage label it marks the item as dispatched and the transaction cannot be cancelled.
