Wrong weight on listing

Hi, I’ve sold an item with free postage via Simplified Postage. 
Items weighs more than 2kg. 
Can I adjust weight, pay extra cost then print label?

If when you set the listing up, ebay suggested the postage label, then you should print it and use it. As long as it has Market place seller on the label when you print. Ebay will have some agreement in place with RM and Evri on OBM where average weights are used. etc.
