Return Of Faulty Goods

Can anyone help I have purchased an iPhone from a seller which turns out it is not fit for purpose I.e I can’t make nor receive phone calls There is no cellular so messaging (text) does not work. I’ve tried contacting the seller but no response I put in a refund claim and this has immediately been rejected. Has anyone else experienced poor service like this and what action did you take Thank you for your time

Return Of Faulty Goods

Claims can only be rejected if they are beyond ebay's deadline of 30 days from date of deilvery,  or if you used a "change of mind" reason, eg. doesn't fit etc..     If either is possible there won't be anything else you can do via ebay but contact your payment provider and see if they can help.

You bought the phone on 31st May.

When did you try to open a return case through Ebay?

Contacting the seller once is polite but, after that, you need to use the Ebay Money Back Guarantee and open a return as soon as you can.

I am not sure what you mean by saying you 'put in a refund claim'.

As advised, if the item is not fit for purpose, your bank/credit card provider may be able to help.
