Had a buyer buy a item opened a retrun I pointed out the item wasn't even mine an they are trying to miss use for a free item. They soon closed the case I then get a threatening txt message I better give them a tyre for free of al get a bad feed back told them what for. A week later I get a false made up feed back by them told ebay the situation same old story from. Ho the buyer can leave the feed back as its there right even after the closed the case an made threats ebay is fast becoming a 💩 show with 0 care for sellers.

Unfortunately, it's you who is likely to be penalised if your buyer reports the feedback you left them to eBay. Sellers are not allowed to leave anything except positive feedback for buyers, or no feedback.

Did you report this buyer for feedback extortion? Agreed that eBay is very reluctant to change buyer feedback, but given the clear threat made by the buyer I would have expected them to remove it this time. If this threat was made using eBay messages eBay will be able to see it.  If so, I would try again, and make sure you headline the feedback extortion.
