Label printing

I prefer to print my own labels so the parcel is ready to go.  However, when I purchased the postage from Royal Mail ( the old way), the label would print out a small size which fitted all parcels.  Now with the Simple Delivery, the label prints out in A4 size, which obviously isn’t suited to all items.  I have tried everything to change the size myself on my printer settings, but the EBay label won’t have it.  
Please can someone tell me how to do this or can eBay take note and arrange a variety of sizes to select from. Thank you.

Try saving the label as a PDF and then open the PDF to print - your printer settings should then let you change the % size to shrink

Sorry I didn’t know how to find any replies.  Found by accident today.

I saved it as a pdf as you suggested and it has worked.  Thank you so much?
