Suspended account

Hi guys, 

Did anyone of you ever experienced permanent suspension of an account without explanation or any reason for? I opened a business account which is not that I am sending this message from and got it suspended in a day. I can’t contact with any of them via phone or email. I don’t know what to do anymore. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

If you have confirmation that this is a ' Permanent' Restriction/ Suspension that's not good news,  there's no comeback from that,  it's a lifetime ban and eBay do not have to explain the reason.  Usually though,  looking at items being sold,  or your DSR ratings,  will give you the best clues.

Or, as it is a new account perhaps you have not registered fully or correctly with eBay's Managed Payments?

You need to provide eBay with details of a bank account and have this account verified.  The usual method here, is for eBay to send 2 micro deposits into that nominated bank account for you to receive,  and confirm to eBay.

Once this is completed,  you will be able to list items for sale,  and receive payouts from those sales.

Hi,

It is a new account. So when I created it I tried listing and they stopped
with partially, I contacted them and they managed to get it back and
apologise for the inconvenience. So it’s been dew weeks before I started
listing again and I received another suspension but permanent. Not sure how
those payments you are talking about will help me out in my case tho.
