Hi all, I have just had an order on my private UK account to be shipped to Norway. I am enrolled in The global Shipping Programme and have Simple Delivery option for all my UK sales. When I check help it states to just select "send to UK Shipping Centre" on your listing. When I create a listing on my private account I cannot see where I would select this in my postage options. Can someone help me please

I am not quite sure what you are asking.

You don't need to select anything in your postage options if you already have GS on your listings.

If you are using Simple Delivery, when the item has been paid for, you will get a label to use to send the item to the shipping centre.

Hi, Yes this is what I thought also. I enrolled in The Global Shipping
Programme, but when i go to view the order it only gives me the options
shown below. It doesn't provide The UK Shipping Centre address anyway on
the order, and has calculated the Airmail cost to be £5.50 which the
customer has been charged. The actual cost for me to ship to Norway is
£7.20. Like I say, I assumed once I enrolled in The GSP and had an overseas
purchase it would give me The UK Shipping Centre label or the option to
print this off at a Post Office. As you can see if I proceed with the order
Ebay will charge me £8.70! I am very confused and think my best option is
to opt out of GSP and just ship to UK only.

I does say select “send to UK shipping centre” on your listing. Does it not show a shipping label to print, just as for a buyer in the UK.

There is no need for an option when listing, as you should automatically be supplied with address of GSP to which you send.

PDF it shows this. If I download this will it show The Shipping Centre
Address to send to? I am probably being a bit dense, but it doesn't seem to
be a very intuitive process
