Refund or not?

The buyer bought the item and wanted to get a refund almost 2 months later. Within this time period the bags condition has significantly worsened and is no longer resellable. As a seller, am I in the wrong to say that a return should not be accepted?

Buyers have 30 days to return an item via eBay, so you can decline it if you wish.

Yep,  you are right,  because you can politely inform the buyer they are too late to claim a refund under eBay's 30 day MBG,  Money Back Guarantee policy.
