About 8 weeks ago I ordered an item which seller despatched via Evri.
When the item didn't arrive I contacted Evri and, after searching they concluded the item was lost somewhere in their system.
Accordingly I communicated this to the seller, who had also beent rying to locate the item from their end and, as it was only a day or two from the cut off date to do so , I opened a case requesting a refund which was duly processed.
The item has, this afternoon, been delivered (very battered packaging but item is fine) How do I now go about paying the seller for this and do I just pay for the item or for the item and delivery which was the refunded amount.

It's not something you can do on ebay. You can both agree another way, eg. Paypal or bank transfer.

You can only replay by arrangement with seller. Best way is by paypal but bank transfer or Cheque can be used.
There is no way through ebay.
