MY MISTAKE - I WAS NEVER MUCH GOOD AT MATHS - THE AVAILABLE FUNDS ARE CORRECT - MY APOLOGIES TO E-BAY AND THE YOUNG LADY I SPOKE WITH TODAY.
I have just spent the last 15 minutes chatting to a very nice young lady at e-bay customer services but think it is worth posting on here in case this is happening to others as well as myself.
Since I received my payment of funds on 1st July, which I totally agree is correct, as at today's date (21/07), I have sold items totaling £188.00. I have purchased goods and one postage cost totaling £39.74. If you minus my total spend from my total sales, there would be £148.26 due to myself.
However, according to my account payments section, total funds are £142.76 a discrepancy of £5.50.
The young lady I spoke took her time and looked into it but she has promised to ring me tomorrow advising why there is a discrepancy between what I say I am due and what e-bay say I am due.
I will hold my hand up and apologise tomorrow if there is a valid and a believable explanation given to me tomorrow and so will update this as and when I have spoken with e-bay.
Anyone else had or having the same experience?
