Do watchers get a notification of a price drop?

Do watchers get a notification when I revise a listing and drop the price?

Yes watchers get notifications about the item including price changes by default. Buyers have the ability to turn off watch list email alerts in their communication preferences on their account so if they have done this they won't receive email alerts. However they would still receive the regular notifications in the my eBay part of their account.
