(When buying from private sellers, funds will only be sent once their item has been delivered)
1. So my question would be what is ebay doing about proof of delivery as even using a fully tracked
service means nothing nowadays .
2. Whats to stop people receiving the item then informing ebay it didn't arrive .
3. This would mean the seller has no payment and no original item they sold.
4. The buyer would end up with an item they say they didn't get and the money back they paid .
Any thoughts peoples.
