GIA jewellery authentication failed

My diamond tennis bracelet was refused GIA authenticity ( it was made in Dubai & comes with a different authenticity cert).  The expert has said the item is otherwise perfect (quality/clarity etc), except for missing the GIA cert.  My buyer is still keen to purchase but eBay won't sell without GIA cert.  Any suggestions?  I don't want to send it on to my buyer and "hope" that she agrees to pay me for it!

I don't think you will be able to sell this through Ebay.

You can't avoid the authenticity centre with an item of that value.

Personally, I would take it to a 'bricks and mortar' auction house.
