Does anyone please know if the under £10 rule for opting out means listings under £10 with classic postage will stay as they are on the changeover date of 6th August, or are they going to switch it to SD making everyone go into their listings to switch them back?
Also does anyone know if it's £10 incl buyer protection or £10 without buyer protection? The link on the SD page to "Learn More" doesn't work.
I'd call CS but last time I spoke to them about this matter it was like they were reading from a novel as most of what they told me ended up being incorrect.
It would be good to sell off my remaining active items on both my accounts as I took a lot of time originally to upload the listings.
Holiday settings have been activated (again) for a month from 6th August but i did this last time they said the changeover was going to happen, and nothing in fact did change, so I don't want to lose sales again because of their total ineptness.
Thanks

The under £10 limit for sd being excluded stays as it is
The sellers listing price has to be £10 or under without the buyer fee which is currently 7%+10p for items under £20

From my understanding of the eBay message I received today, items not yet listed for SD but eligible for Simple Delivery will be switched over on August 6th, as seen in this message....
' You may have heard that we recently introduced Simple Delivery, an easier and more secure delivery solution. As a reminder, from 6 Aug, any eligible live listings that aren’t yet using Simple Delivery will switch to this delivery option. '
All sorts of errors have happened with items already being switched over, so you will need to check your listings that are exempt , that the postage is still showing correctly.
Items eligible for Custom Postage £10 or under, this is the item price only , and excludes the Buyer Protection Fee.
BPF has ben reduced from 75p to 10p , too.
