Subject: Missing Part in Awning Delivery
Dear Customer Service Team,
I have contacted you several times via message and email, and I have also sent you photos regarding the missing part of the awning I purchased. Unfortunately, I have still not received the essential part that connects and covers the two side poles of the awning.
The photos clearly show that the part should have been included, but it was not in the package. This missing piece makes it impossible to use the awning properly.
Additionally, I have found that purchasing this part separately would cost between £20 and £30, which I believe is unfair given that it should have been included in the original delivery.
Please resolve this issue as soon as possible by sending me the missing part.
