Offers and Buyers Protection Fee

Hi does anyone know when you receive an offer for an item that you are selling, whether that offer includes or excludes the Buyers Protection Fee?

A buyer offers what they want to pay in total so you get less because the Buyer Protection Fee is taken off that amount.

I am really confused because the offer has come through as £4.13 but the offeree has said that she has offered £4.50.

If I accept £4.13 will the amount that I receive be £4.50 or £4.13 or £4.50 less the Protection Fee or £4.13 less the Buyer P{protection fee?

£4.13 is certainly minus the fee.    With the fee it's £4.50.    So ebay must have changed it and you will receive £4.13.
