Negative feedback due to new postage rules

Has anyone found that now that eBay are doing postage similar to vinted (ie buyer pays direct for the postage they want and we just post as directed and it’s all tracked and dealt with via eBay) that there are issues and eBay aren’t willing to deal with negative feedback.

Basically I posted something as per the new rules and I’m guessing the buyer didn’t get it. The tracking shows it was delivered so guessing eBay have then told them this and as such they don’t get a refund. So they’ve left me negative feedback and won’t interact with me and eBay won’t remove the negative feedback

Negative feedback due to new postage rules

eBay should remove it under the terms of Simple Delivery though you may have to remind them of their policy
