Return Request

Hi all just some advice needed, i purchased some disc brake pads for my vehicle having quoted the registration number, the seller assured me this was the correct item.

 

So made the purchase and the item arrived 14/07/25 so all good.

 

Attempted to fit to the vehicle today only to find out they are the incorrect product, being much larger that the original part.

 

So no use to me at all so i attempted to start the return process giving all the necessary details, order number etc delivery date and the reason why i wanted to return, however every time i attempt to continue to initiate the return the continue tab is greyed out.

 

Am i missing something or am i doing something wrong, any help appreciated.

Return Request

You should be able to open a return, it could be a glitch and if you try the usual thing, deleting cookies and cache, or even trying a different browser this might enable you to start one.

 

A word of advice.

When you do start your return do NOT select "Does not fit" as the reason for return. Use "Not as described" or" Does not match photos or description".

This is because "Doesn't fit" is classed as a change of mind return which you would have to pay for.
